The unit: tracked accounts
Atune bills on tracked accounts — the distinct customer accounts it is actively building understanding for. Not seats, not events, not dashboards.
- An account becomes tracked when it shows real activity Atune is understanding.
- Your bill grows as your book of business grows, and only then.
- Events and signals within a tracked account are not metered — capturing more behavior per account makes understanding better, so it's never penalized.
Aligned incentives
The platform earns more only when your product does — when you have more real customers to understand. That's the opposite of a model that charges per event and quietly punishes you for capturing more.
Managing billing
Billing lives in Settings → Billing in the app. There you can see your current tracked-account count, your plan, and manage payment through the billing portal. No annual contracts, no implementation fees, no consulting.
